Asked before every first visit.
How long does a renovation take?
It depends on the scope. A kitchen or bathroom is measured in weeks, a full villa in months. You receive the programme and the handover date in writing before any work starts.
Do you handle permits and community approvals?
Yes. Where the work needs them, we prepare and submit the community or building NOC and the authority approvals, so you do not have to chase anyone.
How do payments work?
In stages tied to progress on site, all set out in the contract. Nothing is added to the price without your written approval.
Do I need to move out?
For a full villa renovation, usually yes. For a kitchen, a bathroom or a few rooms, we seal off the work area and keep the rest of the home livable.
Is the site visit really free?
Yes. We visit, measure and advise at no cost and with no obligation. You only pay once you have approved a quotation.
Which areas do you cover?
Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Dubai, for villas, apartments, townhouses and commercial space.
07 Philosophy
Seven in the morning. Light crosses the majlis floor and finds nothing to catch on. No lip between the stones. No shadow under the skirting. No door that drifts open on its own. Nobody notices, and that is the work.
